Poland reconsiders weapon transfer to Ukraine

Poland's prime minister has said that Ukraine will no receive weapons because Poland is upgrading to more modern weaponry. This announcement comes on the heels of a dispute over economic protection for Poland's farmers as the country has banned the import of Ukrainian grain. The World's Carol Hills talks with Marcin Zaborowski, the policy director for Globsec, a security-focused think tank in Bratislava, about the disagreements and whether there is substance to them.
