Nagorno-Karabakh humanitarian crisis

For seven weeks, Azerbaijan has in effect blocked Armenia’s access to Nagorno-Karabakh. The majority of the disputed region is inhabited by ethnic Armenians, however Baku has claimed this territory as part of sovereign Azerbaijan. Now, international organizations like the Red Cross have stated that the people of Nagorno-Karabakh are facing a humanitarian crisis, with shortages in food, fuel, and medicine. The World’s Daniel Ofman reports.
