As Peruvians protest their government, US has little leverage

Peruvians are protesting in greater numbers, taking on their president and congress in a bid to control off-the-rails corruption and what they say is neglect of the citizenry. And the US doesn’t have many options to help, as the crisis grows. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with Will Freeman, a fellow for Latin America studies at the Council for Foreign Relations about the threats to democracy in Peru and the US role there.
