A local NGO helps Haitians held back by unpaid tuition bills

Haiti’s Constitution enshrines the right to a free education. But most schools charge fees that are too steep for the average Haitian family. The Haitian Education and Leadership Program, a nonprofit known as HELP thinks it has a solution.
