Humanitarian crisis in Sudan

The humanitarian crisis continues to deteriorate in Sudan as the fighting intensifies. The UN estimates 19 million people will be food insecure in the coming months. Numerous hospitals have also been left inoperable as the fighting continues. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Mathilde Vu, Sudan advocacy manager at the Norwegian Refugee Council, about the ongoing crisis and what the international community’s obligations are toward Sudan.
