AI pioneer resigns, warns of dangers of unleashing artificial intelligence

After more than a decade at the forefront of AI research at Google, Geoffrey Hinton is stepping down from his post with a warning. He says artificial intelligence could cause serious harm to humanity. Hinton tells The World’s Marco Werman what has him so worried.
