Lebanon has reversed a decision by its Cabinet to delay Daylight Saving Time. The initial decision occurred at the start of the holy month of Ramadan in the hopes of giving fasting Muslims an hour less of fasting. But that lead to mass confusion as some refused to follow the Cabinet’s order. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Sami Zoughaib, an Economist and Research Manager at The Policy Initiative, about the initial decision was made and then reversed.
