Cyclone Freddy returns

The World

It’s already the longest-lived tropical cyclone ever recorded. Now, Cyclone Freddy has returned to Mozambique for a second time in a few weeks, bringing powerful winds and torrential rains. The storm has killed more than 100 people since it first developed on Feb. 6. UNICEF spokesperson Guy Taylor tells The World’s Marco Werman what he’s witnessed up close in Mozambique.
