Canada poised to allow medically assisted suicide to some with mental illness

Canada is one of the few countries in the world which is poised to allow medically assisted suicides for people with mental illness. Parliament has put the new law on hold as it studies the implementation of it. Anita Elash reports from Toronto on the controversy the law has ignited.
