Colombia’s govt seeks a ‘total peace’

The Colombian government and the country’s largest remaining guerrilla group resumed peace talks this week. This comes after a roughly four-year hiatus during which the rebels, the National Liberation Army, have expanded the territory where they operate. The first meeting took place in Caracas, Venezuela.
