The World’s Marco Werman speaks with Mahbooba Seraj, founder of the Afghan Women’s Network in Kabul, and Iranian activist Sussan Tahmasebi, who directs FEMENA, a nongovernmental organization that advocates for human rights in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia.
