Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has few friends in the European Union. Last week, the European Parliament said Hungary can no longer be considered a functioning democracy. Among the long list of concerns laid out by EU lawmakers is Hungary’s treatment of ethnic minorities. The Roma are the largest ethnic minority in Hungary.
