European nations going in opposite directions on nuclear energy

French President Emanuel Macron announced this month that his country will be building 14 new nuclear reactors by 2050, as part of an effort to drastically reduce carbon emissions. Meanwhile, Germany is heading in the opposite direction, shutting down its nuclear plants. Rebecca Rosman reports on how European countries are contending with different approaches to cutting back on carbon.
