Mostly virtual learning is taxing families and educators in the Philippines

Schools in the Philippines have been mostly virtual since March of 2020; and it’s one of the countries that have had the longest breaks from in-person schooling. Ashley Westerman reports from Manila on the toll that that’s taking on families and educators.
