The Biden administration this week began allowing each household in the US to order up to four COVID-19 tests. These tests have been hard to come by, both here in the US and abroad. It’s a problem that Prashant Yadav has studied. He’s a senior fellow at the Center for Global Development in Washington and he speaks with The World’s Marco Werman.
