Not your grandparents’ Hanukkah doughnuts

Jewish people celebrate the eight nights of Hanukkah with dreidels, candles and fried food. In the US that usually means latkes. But in Israel, jelly doughnuts or sufganiyot reign supreme. The World’s Sarah Birnbaum reports on Israel’s Hanukkah food scene.
