A beloved London pub gets destroyed — then rebuilt

In 2015, a beloved 100-year-old London pub called the Carlton Tavern was demolished by developers who hoped to build new apartments in its place. That’s where the local community stepped in, and successfully petitioned local authorities to force developers to rebuild the pub brick by brick.
