Religious ruling in Indonesia goes against bitcoin

Bitcoin is all the rage in Indonesia. The country is also home to more cryptocurrency investors than stockholders. As governments across the globe try to figure out how to deal with the rise of crypto, Indonesia has mostly taken a hands-off approach. But now, a ruling by the country’s religious authorities says that cryptocurrency is bad. The World’s Patrick Winn reports.
