Matthias Katsch, a member of the Independent Commission of Inquiry on Child Abuse in Germany and a clergy sexual abuse survivor, and Anne Barrett Doyle, the co-director of the international watchdog group BishopAccountability.org, talk with The World’s Marco Werman about how an inquiry in France may reverberate worldwide.
