The Cuban government has issued a decree that attempts to define acceptable speech on the internet. It makes it an offense to spread false news or make comments that damage "the prestige of the country." This move by the Cuban government comes weeks after Cuba saw the largest street protests in recent history. The World's Daisy Contreras has the story.
