World leaders meet in Berlin to talk about Libya 

World leaders including US Secretary of State Antony Blinken met in Berlin on Wednesday to discuss stability and security in Libya. Libya has faced civil war, displacement and an economic downturn since the fall of longtime dictator Muammar Gaddafi. The World’s Carol Hills spoke with Libyan political analyst Mohamed ElJarh about the latest developments from Berlin.
