Mining project triggers snap elections in Greenland

The polls are open in Greenland today for a snap election triggered by a proposed mining project in the south. The country is caught in the middle of a global struggle over rare earth metals needed for things like cellphones and computers. The World’s Marco Werman is joined by University of Greenland economist Javier Arnaut to discuss the competing visions for the future of Greenland.
