Nigerian musicians are having their moment this month. Two Nigerian artists, Burna Boy and Wizkid, won awards at the Grammys. And, the late artist Fela Kuti has been nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Today, Fela Kuti’s son and grandson are continuing his musical legacy of socially conscious music in a new album titled “Legacy+.” The World’s Halima Gikandi recently spoke with his grandson, Made Kuti, about the two-part album.
