President Joe Biden is unveiling a sweeping immigration bill on his first day in office. His legislation would provide an eight-year path to citizenship for an estimated 11 million people living in the US without legal status. The contents of his plan are essentially a complete reversal from the Trump administration’s harsh immigration policies.
