UN warns conflict in Ethiopia’s Tigray region is ‘spiraling out of control’

After more than a month of fighting, Ethiopia’s prime minister has said the conflict in Tigray is mostly over. Now is the time to rebuild, he says. But with communications mostly blocked and access to Tigray tightly restricted, the United Nations is warning the situation is spiraling out of control. The World’s Halima Gikandi reports.
