DRC election results amid internet shutdown and predictions by the Catholic Church

 Election results in the Democratic Republic of Congo are being predicted for Sunday, although there are already warnings of further delays. The internet has been shutdown during the campaign and two broadcasters blocked. Now the Catholic Church there says it believes it knows who the winner is. Host Marco Werman talks to reporter Louise Dewast in Kinshasa.
