Today is the first day of school across Ukraine. UNICEF just released a report on the devastating impacts of war on Ukrainian students’ education, especially those near the frontlines. And, Cambodia is still recovering from the murderous reign of the Khmer Rouge when most academics were killed. Today, universities have been rebuilt but most people in the impoverished kingdom can’t afford even the lowest tuition fees.
