The Supreme Court announced yesterday it would hear a challenge to the President’s health care legislation. The petition had been filed by a group of governors and attorneys general from 26 states and the National Federation of Independent Business last September. To discuss the Supreme Court’s decision and its implications is Jeffrey Rosen, professor at George Washington University Law School.
