Soaring demand for the high-bandwidth memory chips powering AI systems is expected to generate huge profits. Now, workers at Samsung Electronics have struck a deal to share some of that wealth. Under a new labor agreement, some 78,000 semiconductor employees will receive more than 10% of company profit.
