The 32 countries belonging to the International Energy Agency agreed Wednesday to release 400 million barrels of oil from their emergency reserves. It’s the largest emergency release of oil ever from those reserves. The sudden drop of oil supplies because of the war on Iran has disrupted life and commercial operations in many ways.
