Barcelona’s famous soccer club, known as Barça, is wrapping a three-year-long remodel of its stadium. It cost a pretty penny, in part, due to repeated fines for labor violations against foreign workers. Laborers from Romania, Turkey and other countries say they’ve been systematically overworked and underpaid — if paid at all. The World’s Gerry Hadden reports from Barcelona, Spain.
