Israel says ‘operational misunderstanding’ led to killing of Palestinian medics

The Israeli military launched an internal investigation after a March incident in which Israeli troops killed 15 unarmed Palestinian medics. That deputy commander has been fired. A video that was previously found on the phone of one of the slain medics showed that all the vehicles were clearly identified and had their emergency lights on. Host Marco Werman has more.
