In Tromsø, Norway, it’s traditional to eat solboller or “sun buns'”when the sun returns after the long polar night. January 21 is the traditional day of celebration known as Sun Day. Host Carolyn Beeler speaks with baker Jørn Olson of Kaffebønna cafes in Tromsø about the special pastry his crew baked and served on Tuesday.
