The city of Liverpool in Britain learned that it’s heading into lockdown again today. The UK is just one of a series of countries in Europe to impose new localised restrictions. France has shuttered bars in six of its main cities including Paris. A state of emergency has been announced in the Spanish capital Madrid while in Germany a curfew has been imposed on bars in Berlin for the first time in over 50 years. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry talks to host Marco Werman about how the continent is facing up to a second wave of the virus.
