With long-haul truckers in high demand, some companies are recruiting from abroad

For years, there’s been a building shortage of truck drivers in the United States. Now, that reality is worsening a supply-chain crisis. The World’s Monica Campbell met some immigrant truck drivers who represent a growing part of the industry, and also spoke with companies recruiting drivers from far-flung parts of the world.
