That’s what the girls in the Star Feminine Band sing about in their song, “We Are Star Feminine Band.” The members of the group are between the ages of 12 and 18, and they hail from Natitingou, a tiny village in the country of Benin. They sing for their rights with the hope for a brighter future for young girls everywhere.
