Vanuatu won a historic victory at the United Nations yesterday to advance climate justice. The small, but mighty, country persuaded the UN General Assembly to get the highest international court to establish, for the first time, countries’ obligations to address the climate crisis. This could help low-emitting countries sue high-emitting countries for climate inaction. Host Carol Hills speaks to Vanuatu’s Climate Minister Ralph Regenvanu.
