Allegedly Sullivan planned to warn China of the isolation they would face if they help Russian President Vladimir Putin in Ukraine. Marco Werman interviews Robert Daly, the director of the Kissinger Institute, on China and the United States about the status of Russia-China relations and how China views the war in Ukraine.
