US astronaut returns from International Space Station after setting record

NASA astronaut Frank Rubio returned to Earth from the international space station today. He was in continuous space flight for 371 days — a record for US astronauts. Rubio’s return along with Russian cosmonauts comes at a time when US-Russia relations are in question. Host Carolyn Beeler speaks with Christopher D. Johnson, a space law advisor at the Secure World Foundation.
