Tracking war crimes in Ukraine proves challenging

Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, international observers and bodies have started to document potential war crimes by Russia’s military. Meanwhile, Russia denies any responsibility for its actions in Ukraine. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Ambassador Michael Carpenter, the US representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, about the OSCE’s efforts to document war crimes and push for accountability in Ukraine.
