This piece by a former music teacher with dementia will make you cry

Grab the tissues. After Paul Harvey’s son offered him four random notes to play on the piano, the former music teacher got to work. Harvey, who has dementia, immediately wrote and performed a full piece, which then got the attention of the BBC Philharmonic orchestra. The fully orchestrated piece has now been released.
