Students answer the call to help rebuild destroyed Ukraine city

Izyem, a city in eastern Ukraine, was heavily damaged when Russia launched its full-scale invasion. While the war is not over, plans are underway to rebuild. With help from the State Department, architecture students at the University of Virginia are working to both preserve history and add modern design touches.
