Senegalese soccer fans had a lot celebrate this past weekend. The country’s national team beat Egypt in a penalty shootout at the Africa Cup of Nations. The final match this year was postponed six months because of the pandemic. But that just made Senegal’s first-ever Africa Cup final victory even sweeter, as host Marco Werman explains.
