Record heat confirmed in Siberia

The World Meteorological Organization is confirming a new record-high temperature in the Arctic. The Siberian town of Verkhoyansk registered a temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit on June 20, 2020. As host Marco Werman explains, the WMO says Mediterranean temperatures in the Arctic are cause for alarm.
