Progressives vie for Cuban American voters in Miami

Cuban American voters in Miami have long supported Republican candidates in US elections. That’s in part because of their history leaving a leftist government in Cuba. But progressive organizations are talking about issues such as housing and climate change with Cuban American voters, and finding new ways to connect culturally.
