The United Nations says it has reached an agreement with Ethiopia to access the northern region of Tigray. The region has been mostly cut off from the outside world. Fighting between Ethiopian government forces and the Tigray People’s Liberation Front – the TPLF – began a month ago. And people with relatives inside Tigray are still trying to get in touch with their loved ones. The World’s Halima Gikandi has more from Addis Ababa.
