Haiti is running out of fuel. Among the many different crises the country faces right now — a severe fuel shortage is one of them. Mostly because gangs are blockading fuel supplies at the ports, which are located in areas they control. It’s a display of force in a country still reeling from the assassination of its president in July. The World’s Monica Campbell reports from Haiti on how the shortages are testing life at many levels.
