Testimony in a New York trial has implicated Honduras’ president in narco-trafficking and alleges he took bribes to protect the drug trade. Reporter Jeff Ernst is based in Honduras and he’s been in the courtroom this week. Ernst tells host Marco Werman the trial is confirming Hondurans’ worst fears about the extent to which traffickers collaborate with government officials.
