Democratic socialist Xiomara Castro became Honduras’ first female president today. US Vice President Kamala Harris traveled to Tegucigalpa for the inauguration. Honduran economist Roberto Lagos tells The World’s host Marco Werman that Castro is working to bolster alliances with the US.
