More than 2 dozen killed in Colombia in conflict over control of drug-trafficking routes

In Arauca, 27 people were reportedly killed in a conflict between members of the National Liberation Army (ELN) and former members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia (FARC). Both groups have rejected the 2016 peace accord between Columbia’s government and FARC.
